Thanks for visiting!  You may have heard the above quote many times, but it's a hard one to escape, especially within the walls of Elemental Health & Wellness.  Our bodies are incredible canaries, alerting us of not only physiological imbalances but also emotional and energetic blocks and deficiencies.  And when you listen quietly and with all your senses, you often find yourself following a path you had not known existed.  One that leads to a deeper healing of the mind, body and spirit.  I call that a win-win!
