Since 2011, Elemental Health & Wellness has been evolving into a truly holistic approach to medicine, focusing on the mind, body and soul.  Using a variety of modalities, including acupuncture, massage, energy work and herbal medicine, we uncover what secrets the body is revealing to us, what is rising up to be released, and what is ready to be healed.  

The work is relaxing, cathartic, sometimes a bit challenging, but always worth it.
